Duties and Responsibilities
- Be responsible for a revenue, profit and sales target.
- Assist our sales team to sell data mining services and offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with our clients.
- Build a professional services team delivering analytical offerings to our clients.
- Mentor the senior consultants on your team and develop a skills development plan.
- Work with our product development task force to develop new solutions, products and offerings.
Minimum Requirements
- A leader of people.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, math, engineering, computer science...).
- 5+ years of consulting experience leading engagements in predictive modeling, segmentation, affinity analysis...
- Experience in finance, insurance, retail, and/or telecommunications.
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Well developed communication and presentation skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in geographic analysis.
- Experience in software development.
- Management consulting experience.
- Experience in public sector, utilities, manufacturing.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
